You will also need a graphic file (.jpg or .png) Start by creating a large text file. You can use a lorem ipsum generator from the internet. This is going to be the file called secret.txt.

You will need to compress the file named secret.txt Make Sure it is named secret.zip /compress.jpg)

You should now have 3 files that look like this.

One thing left to do is to use cat (short for concatenate) as you can see above.

You will then get the results above. Now you can use Get Info (right mouse click) Castle_logo.jpg and compare to Castle_logo2.jpg (using Get Info).
